Ein Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) ist jede Einrichtung, die eine oder mehrere Aktivitäten oder Operationen für oder im Namen einer anderen Person mit virtuellen Assets durchführt. Die Mitgliedschaft steht lizenzierten Virtual Asset Service Providern, Kryptowährungsbörsen, Verwahrstellen für digitale Assets, Blockchain-Infrastrukturanbietern und Compliance-/Regulierungstechnologieunternehmen offen. Alle Bewerber müssen ihr Engagement für regulatorische Compliance und Branchenstandards nachweisen.

V20 Summit wird durch Mitgliedsbeiträge, Veranstaltungssponsoring und Konferenzticketverkäufe finanziert. Wir wahren unsere Unabhängigkeit und akzeptieren keine Finanzierung von Regierungsbehörden oder Interessengruppen, die unsere Unparteilichkeit beeinträchtigen könnten.

Unser Team prüft Bewerbungen innerhalb von 5-7 Werktagen. Wir verifizieren die Berechtigung, prüfen Unternehmensdokumente und bewerten die Übereinstimmung mit den Standards von V20 Summit. Nach der Genehmigung können Sie die Zahlung abschließen und sofort auf Mitgliedervorteile zugreifen.

Yes! You can upgrade your membership tier at any time. The price difference will be prorated based on the remaining time in your current membership period. Contact our membership team at membership@v20.io to upgrade.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of membership, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We want all our members to find value in their membership.

The FATF Travel Rule (Recommendation 16) requires VASPs to share originator and beneficiary information for virtual asset transfers above a certain threshold (typically $1,000 USD). This helps prevent money laundering and terrorist financing by creating an audit trail for cryptocurrency transactions.

MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) is the European Union's comprehensive regulatory framework for crypto-assets and service providers. It establishes uniform rules for crypto-asset issuers and service providers operating in the EU, including licensing requirements, operational standards, and consumer protection measures.

VASPs operating in or serving EU customers must comply with MiCA requirements. We offer dedicated resources and events focused on MiCA compliance.
